Do you ship orders worldwide?

Yes, we happily serve customers from all over the world. You can change the currency on the top right-hand side on our website. Please ensure that your address details are entered correctly at checkout and you enter your email & phone number.

Can I pick up my order?

We are based in Greater Toronto Area, Canada - however, we don’t have a Retail Shop that is open to the public. We are an eCommerce business only which allows us to offer you a great variety of products whilst offering the most competitive prices in the market.

Are all items stocked and shipped from Canada?

Yes, we have a large inventory in Canada and continuously re-stock our products. However, we also have warehouses in the Middle East and Australia. This allows us to offer you quick deliveries with less prices, whilst ensuring the highest level of service quality. As such, you may receive multiple parcels from us at different times.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. During busy times the processing time can take up to 3 working days due to the high volumes.

Please note that due to COVID19, the courier services are facing with backlogs and it may cause some delay.

Within Canada: For items we have in stock it should take 3 - 6 days after the dispatch date. Some of our products are Print on Demand, which means they are specially printed for you such as T-Shirts, Mugs, Sweaters, Jackets, Blankets, Stickers. For those, it can take between 7-21 working days.

International: The average shipping transit time is 7-30 days, depending on the destination. Please contact us in advance via sales@craft747.com if you wish to confirm before ordering or to request expedite shipping.  

Am I able to track my order?
If your order is eligible for order tracking, you will receive the appropriate details in your order confirmation email. Please note that once the package has been passed on to your local postal service then any missing or wrongly delivered packages are no longer our responsibility if the tracking says the package has been delivered to your delivery address. We recommend you contact your local delivery service or post office. Otherwise, we are more than happy to support.

Do you ship all the products within my order at the same time?
Depending on the size of your order, we may ship your products in smaller groups. This will allow you to receive them as quickly as possible, whilst also avoiding the costs of shipping large orders.

Is all my personal data protected on your site?
Absolutely! We take privacy and security very seriously. All orders are securely processed through Shopify Checkout or PayPal (depending on your selected payment method), which are two of the largest, safest and most trusted brands in eCommerce. 

Why are some of your products for FREE?
That's cool, right? We occasionally offer free products to surprise and delight our wonderful community of Aviation customers around the world. All we ask is that you pay for shipping, that's it!
